The housing is designed with a work place on the ground level, that is accessible from the main street. the residential is located on the second level to provide privacy to the resident.
a diversity of housing is available to the residents. the townhouses are laid out along streets and linear greens. the greens are wide and safe for kids to play in front of their homes.
the townhouses are designed with ample covered entries and front porches to encourage the residents to provide natural surveilance of the public sidewalks.
The townhouses have a network of alleys that allow the front of the townhomes to have porches and large windows for more community interaction. this building type is the opposite of having a majority of the front facade with garage doors and a tiny entrance which is common with standard suburban homes.
